Foursight Capital is an indirect auto lender that handles loans from ‘cradle to grave’. ‘Cradle to Grave’ refers to the entire lifecycle of a loan, encompassing its initiation at the point of sale (cradle) to its eventual payoff or repossession (grave). We endure the comprehensive process of managing & servicing the loan, including origination, underwriting, funding, servicing, and eventual repayment.

  • After underwriting approves the deal, this team checks all documents necessary for the loan to ensure accuracy

  • This team takes inbound calls to assist customers with a wide variety of questions including refunds, payment dates, and terms and conditions of their loan.

  • The role of this team is to contact customers who are between 21-54 days delinquent on their loan. They resolve the delinquency through due date changes, extensions, and payment plans.

  • This team does late-stage collections, which is any loan over 55 days past due. Their role is to resolve the delinquency or bring the account back down to account management. If a resolution is not possible, they move the accounts to repossession.

  • Before processing the vehicle, this team will attempt to reach out to the customer one final time. If a resolution does not take place, they will use skip tracing to find the vehicle and work with vendors to pick up the car.

  • After a car has been repossessed and sold at auction, this team will deduct the amount the car sold for from the outstanding balance of the load. They will the reach out to customers to collect the remaining balance.

  • This team works with the DMV to obtain title information. They will also transfer titles to customers who have paid off their loans.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for dealerships, this team travels and visits dealerships to tell them more about our programs. They act as the face of Foursight Capital.

  • After the loan application goes through a rating scorecard, our Underwriters double check for any flexibility we can offer. They then either send the loan to verifications for final approval, or Dealer Development to rehash the deal.

  • This team acts as backend Marketers. They work with the Dealer relationship Managers to build and maintain relationships with dealerships. They also work with underwriting and credit bureaus in reviewing loan applications.

Our Interview Process

Here’s what you can expect from Foursight Capital when you apply to an open role!

Whether you find us through our website, popular job boards, or word of mouth, we will review your application within 1-2 business days of submitting. Be sure to include a resume with your most recent work history and correct contact information!

If our recruiting team sees you as a good match for the opening, we will reach out to schedule a time to discuss the role and your interest in Foursight Capital LLC. This call is intended to get a better understanding of your personality and career expectations

This is the stage where our Hiring Managers will review the previous phone call and resume notes to see if they would like to bring you in to meet members of the team and themselves for a final interview.

At this stage in the hiring process, you will meet with the Recruiter, a Hiring Manager, and possibly another member of the team. Here we will go into depth on your work history, as well as explaining what the day to day of the job looks like here.

After the team debriefs on all of their interviews, hopefully, you will receive a call from our recruiting team extending an offer. If not, do not fret! Foursight encourages candidates to apply to future roles they might be a fit for regardless of the outcome.

Founded in 2012, Foursight Capital is a specialty finance company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Foursight focuses exclusively on helping finance auto customers indirectly through relationships with franchise and independent dealerships. Having this singular focus allows Foursight to provide the best service possible to our dealership partners to help ensure the dealership and its customers are happy with the end product.
